Preconditions

The user has successfully logged into their Zeebu account and has an approved KYC status.

Post conditions

The withdrawn amount is accurately deducted from the user's Zeebu wallet balance, and the transaction details are updated in the user's transaction history.

Step-By-Step

  1. From their dashboard, the user clicks on the 'Wallet' section.

  2. Within the wallet interface, the 'Withdraw' option is selected.

  3. The user is presented with fields to specify:

    • The cryptocurrency type for withdrawal (e.g., Zeebu, stable coin).

    • The desired network for the transaction.

    • The external withdrawal address.

    • The amount they wish to withdraw.

  4. After filling out the necessary details, the user clicks on 'Preview Order' to review the transaction.

  5. Once satisfied, the user confirms the withdrawal.

  6. Zeebu processes the request and transfers the specified cryptocurrency amount to the provided external address.

  7. Upon successful completion, the user receives a notification confirming the transaction.
