Paying Invoices on Zeebu: Smooth, Swift, and Simple!

Preconditions

The user is an active member of the Zeebu platform and has an outstanding invoice awaiting payment.

Post conditions

The invoice is duly settled, and the user's Zeebu wallet reflects the rewards in both Zeebu and USD.

Step-By-Step

  1. The user logs into their Zeebu dashboard and opts for the 'Paying Invoice' feature.

  2. A list of outstanding invoices is presented. They select a specific invoice and initiate payment by clicking 'Accept'. User may also 'Reject' the invoice.

  3. The system showcases detailed invoice metrics, including buyer data, bill number, item specifics, price, quantity, and total amount.

  4. User confirms the payment directly on the Zeebu platform.

  5. Upon successful transaction completion, the invoice is marked as settled, and the user's Zeebu wallet is credited with the corresponding IUSDOX amount.

    • If user has insufficient balance, they are directed to the 'Buy Zeebu' menu.

  6. Both the merchant and vendor are rewarded with up to 3.5% in Zeebu credits.

  7. Users can revisit this transaction anytime by checking their invoice history.
