Preconditions
The user is authenticated and active on the Zeebu platform. The user has successfully completed the KYC compliance process. The user has received an invoice to their account.
Post conditions
The invoice has been dispatched and the user has received the corresponding payment in their system wallet.
Step-By-Step
From their dashboard, the user opts to "Raise Invoice" on the Zeebu platform.
The user populates the invoice with essential details:
Merchant Email ID
Bill Number
Item specifics (e.g., Name, Price, Quantity, Total Amount)
If the buyer has completed KYC, the system auto-fills their details.
The user reviews the invoice for accuracy and finalizes it.
The Zeebu platform computes any applicable fees and credits the user with a reward, equivalent to 1% of the invoice's total value.
An email containing the invoice's specifics is dispatched to both the vendor and the merchant.
Upon receiving the email, the merchant scrutinizes the invoice's details.
The merchant settles the invoice, utilizing their Zeebu wallet.
Once payment is confirmed, the Zeebu platform updates the invoice's status to "Paid" within the user's account.
