If the company structure involves multiple corporate layers, such as intermediary holding companies, relevant documents for each entity are required. Bank statements are typically not accepted as confirmation of UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) status. Jurisdictional Specifics:

US: Registration number is the EIN (Employer Identification Number). If an EIN is not available, evidence of EIN application is needed.

Australia: Both the legal address and the principal place of business address are mandatory. Registration number can be either ACN or ARBN.

Austria: Full names of the legal representatives are mandatory.

Cyprus: Additional requirements include names of the Board of Directors members and names of authorized representatives.

Estonia: Names of directors, management board members, or other equivalent bodies are required.

Finland: Field of activity, full name, date of birth, citizenship of statutory body members, and legal entity representatives are needed.

Germany: Names of the members of its representative body or legal representative board are mandatory.

Ireland: Both the legal address and the principal place of business address, a document detailing the business nature, and names of the company’s directors are required.

Latvia: Names of authorized representatives are mandatory.

Malta: Names of the company’s directors or other representative body members are required.

Mexico: A document detailing the economic or social activity, Code of Taxpayer Registration (“RFC”), the serial number of the Advanced Electronic Signature, and full names of legal representatives are needed.

Singapore: Names of the company’s directors or partners are mandatory.

Sweden: Names of authorized representatives are required. Remember, these requirements ensure a smooth verification process.
