Resolve Camera Issues

For Safari Users on iOS:

  • Open Settings on your device.

  • Scroll and select Safari.

  • Navigate to Settings for websites and tap on Camera.

  • Ensure Ask or Allow is selected for your service provider.

  • Refresh the Safari tab.

  • If prompted, tap Allow.

For Windows Users:

  • Go to Settings.

  • Click on Privacy.

  • Navigate to Camera.

  • Ensure both Camera access for this device and Allow apps to access your camera are turned on.

  • Return to your browser and refresh the page.

For macOS Users:

  • In the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

  • Click on Security & Privacy, then navigate to Privacy.

  • Click on Camera.

  • Ensure the checkbox next to the browser you're using is checked.

  • Return to your browser and refresh the page.

If Another Application is Using the Camera:

Ensure no other applications, like Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime, are currently accessing your camera. If they are, close those applications first and then refresh the browser page where you're trying to complete the verification.
