Technical Guide

User Journey
Description

Preconditions

User has navigated to the Zeebu platform's registration/sign-up page.

Post conditions

User is successfully registered on the Zeebu platform and can proceed to the login page.

Step-By-Step

  1. User accesses the Zeebu platform registration/sign-up page.

  2. User enters their Email ID, Password, and confirms the password.

  3. User agrees to the Zeebu Terms of Service by signing up.

  4. Platform automatically sends an email to the user's registered Email ID for verification.

  5. User verifies their Email ID by clicking on the activation link in the email.

  6. User registration is successful.

Alternative Steps if Applicable

2a. User clicks on "Pending Registration" button to complete registration. "Pending Registration" includes users who have been issued invoices or invited by other users on the platform.

  1. User is routed to a new page where they submit their Email ID to complete registration.

  2. User account is created and an email is sent to their registered Email ID for verification.

  3. User verifies their Email ID by clicking on the activation link in the email.

  4. User can go back to the login page.

3a. User clicks on "Forgot Password" button to reset their password.

  1. User enters their Email ID and account details to reset the password.

  2. User is prompted for 2FA verification if setup on the account.

  3. User enters password and confirms new password.

  4. User can go back to the login page.
